I. Vehicles that are explicitly prohibited from export in the Announcement No. 6 of 2024 issued by the Ministry of Commerce and other five departments (Announcement on Matters Concerning the Export of Used Cars).
Second, failure to provide timely after-sales services such as repair technology and spare parts support for exported vehicles disrupts the export order.
Third, providing false vehicle information, failing to fulfill quality assurance obligations, and refusing to accept government supervision.
Fourth, forging, altering, or using forged or altered documents such as "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate," "Motor Vehicle Cancellation Certificate," and "After-Sales Repair Service Confirmation," and using legal documents for illegal vehicles.
Fifth, failure to conduct export business in accordance with regulations, including multiple instances of improper license application, failure to export according to the "one batch, one license" principle, overdue cancellation, processing of secondary transfer pending export procedures, and discrepancies between the registration date filled in and the "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate".
VI. Major quality and safety incidents occur with exported products, or business practices violate the laws and regulations of the target country and cause adverse social impact.
VII. Other violations of this notice and acts of dishonesty.
