Welcome to [WTO Car]. Buying a pre-owned vehicle from China is simple and secure through our structured 5-step process:

  • Step 1: Vehicle Selection & Inquiry Browse our extensive inventory on [wtocar.com] or send us your specific requirements (brand, model, year, mileage, and budget) via WhatsApp or Telegram.

  • Step 2: Quotation & Proforma Invoice (PI) Our sales specialists will provide a detailed quote (FOB, CFR, or CIF). Once terms are agreed upon, we will issue an official Proforma Invoice.

  • Step 3: Secure Payment Secure your vehicle by paying the deposit via bank wire transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) according to the invoice instructions.

  • Step 4: Inspection, De-registration & Customs We conduct a rigorous quality inspection, handle China’s export de-registration, and clear Chinese customs. You will receive photos and video updates throughout this stage.

  • Step 5: Global Shipping & Delivery We arrange international logistics via Ro-Ro ship, container, or overland border trucks. All shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Export Certificates) will be sent to you via DHL/FedEx for local customs clearance.
