To protect international buyers from cybercrime, email phishing, and payment scams, WTO Car strictly enforces the following secure transaction protocols:

• Verify Bank Accounts: WTO Car will NEVER notify you of changes to our bank account via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. If you receive an urgent message stating that our bank details have changed due to “system upgrades” or “tax audits,” do not send payment. Contact your dedicated sales manager immediately via a verified video call or alternative communication channel.

• Official Communication Channels: All official emails from our platform will be sent exclusively from our corporate domain handles: admin@wtocar.com. We do not use free email providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) for commercial invoicing.

• Corporate Accounts Only: All payments must be made to the corporate accounts of Henan Liangjian Network Technology Co., Ltd. We will never request funds to be split or sent to personal bank accounts, crypto wallets, or private money transfer services.
